Senior Backend Engineer

Role and Responsibilities

• Design and build the next generation Aperio Backend with focus on large-scale data processing.
• Implement and drive best practices, tools, and frameworks.
• Build and own critical components of Aperio data processing platform.
• Collaborate daily with product, UX, frontend and data-science teams.

Mandatory Requirements:

• 4+ years of Python development.
• 4+ years in big-data handling.
• 2+ years in Linux.
• 2+ years of product development in product companies, preferably startups (not include development services companies)
• 2+ years in Cloud development (GCP/Azure/AWS)
• Good Person™: team player, curious and delivery-oriented.
