We are looking for a skilled Senior QA Engineer to join the Curiosity team — responsible for testing infrastructure and tooling. In this role, you won’t just execute tests; you will build the ecosystem that enables quality assurance across the entire company. Build and optimize QA pipelines in GitLab and Jenkins to ensure fast and reliable feedback loops.
Design and implement a centralized Quality Metrics Dashboard to track test stability, coverage, and execution time.
Act as a technical consultant for other QA teams, helping them adopt the tools and frameworks you build.
Conduct code reviews for automation scripts and maintain high engineering standards within the QA guild.
Proficient in Python development (OOP, design patterns) with practical experience in pytest (fixtures, hooks, plugins).
Deep understanding of UI automation tools (Playwright, Selenium) and how to wrap them into reusable frameworks.
Hands-on experience configuring build pipelines and test execution in GitLab CI or Jenkins.
Ability to treat test automation as production code (version control, scalability, maintainability).
Strong analytical skills to debug complex infrastructure issues and optimize test performance.
