The Group is backed by blue-chip investors including Andreessen Horowitz (a16z), Tiger Global, Peak XV Partners (formerly Sequoia Capital India), Ribbit Capital, Paradigm, and Coinbase Ventures.

What Your Days Will Actually Look Like:

• Running the Show: You’ll lead our big brand campaigns across India. Whether it’s a massive TV ad or a billboard on a busy highway, you’ll make sure we look and sound like the same brand everywhere.

• Winning the Internet: Crypto moves at the speed of light. You’ll be in our “war room,” jumping on trends and memes in real-time to make sure CoinSwitch is always part of the cultural conversation.

• Collaborating with Creators: No boring “sponsored posts” here. You’ll find the right influencers—from finance geeks to lifestyle vloggers—and help them tell stories that actually resonate with their fans.

• Building the Tribe: You’ll be the bridge between us and our users. Your job is to grow our trading communities so our users feel like they’re part of a club, not just using an app.

• Spending Smart: We don’t just throw money at the wall. You’ll figure out exactly where our audience hangs out and spend our budget where it actually works.

• Owning the Results: If you can’t show the impact, it didn’t happen. You’ll keep a close eye on the numbers to see what’s working and what we need to scrap.

You’ll Fit Right In If:

• You’ve Done This Before: You have 2–4 years of experience at a creative agency or a brand. You know how to take a rough idea and turn it into a finished product.

• You’re a “Logic + Magic” Thinker: You’ve got the creative spark to write a killer headline, but the brain to look at a spreadsheet and understand what the data is telling you.

• You Can Pivot: In the time it took you to read this, a new trend probably started. You need to be fast enough to change gears without breaking a sweat.

• You’re a People Person: You can talk to designers, lawyers, and bosses, making sure everyone is moving in the same direction (even when they disagree).

• You’re Crypto-Curious: You don’t need to be a billionaire investor, but you should know the difference between a market dip and a disaster.

• You Just Get It Done: You don’t wait for a manual. You see a problem, you fix it, and you take full responsibility for the results.
