What you’ll do

• Manage the month-end closing process, ensuring timely and accurate preparation of financial statements.
• Assist with ERP system implementation, including data migration, testing, and process setup.
• Develop and maintain robust internal controls to protect company assets and ensure policy compliance.
• Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with external auditors during statutory audits, ensuring timely completion.
• Ensure compliance with local tax and regulatory requirements, including VAT, corporate tax, and withholding tax.
• Monitor updates in IFRS and regulatory guidelines and ensure proper implementation.
• Prepare ad hoc financial reports and participate in special projects as assigned.

What you’ll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, CPA or equivalent qualification preferred.
• 3-5 years’ experience in accounting or finance roles, with demonstrated expertise in month-end closing, internal controls, and financial reporting.
• Prior experience in web3 or fintech company is preferred/Big 4 professionals are welcomed
• Strong understanding of IFRS and general financial compliance frameworks.
• Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to handle large datasets and perform detailed financial analysis.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a team-player mindset.
