As a Senior / Principal Account Manager, you’ll play a critical role in shaping and growing long-term customer relationships. You won’t just manage accounts – you’ll act as a Trusted Advisor, Challenger, and Growth Partner, driving commercial impact and ensuring customers unlock the full value of JOIN.

Who you’ll work with
You’ll report to the Team Lead Account Management and work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product. Externally, you will engage with key decision-makers across a diverse SMB customer base in the DACH region.
Your mission: maximise customer value, secure renewals, and systematically grow revenue across your portfolio.
What we’re looking for

✔ 5+ years experience in Account Management, Sales, or Customer Success with clear commercial ownership in B2B SaaS
✔ Proven track record owning renewals and expansion revenue (upsell, cross-sell, pricing & negotiation)
✔ Experience managing a high-volume SMB portfolio (150–300 accounts) with proactive prioritisation
✔ Strong data-driven mindset: confident using CRM (Hubspot), reports, and product signals to identify churn and growth opportunities
✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in German and English
✔ Structured, proactive, and independent working style with strong ownership mentality
✔ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-change, startup environment with monthly contracts and recurring commercial conversations
