- Own the full sales cycle β from prospecting to closing deals, with the freedom to shape your approach π―
- Build and manage a high-impact pipeline to consistently exceed revenue targets and drive company growth π
- Engage with key prospects to deeply understand their pain points and demonstrate how our solution can solve them π£οΈ
- Lead dynamic product demos and negotiations to secure high-value deals and long-term partnerships πΌ
- Maintain CRM hygiene and provide accurate, data-driven forecasts to guide strategy β
- Collaborate closely with SDRs, marketing, and leadership to refine strategies and achieve team success π€

- Prospecting π΅οΈββοΈ: Youβll be responsible for building your pipeline from scratch. Strong prospecting skills mean you can proactively identify and target potential clients, ensuring consistent lead generation and sales opportunities.
- Deals β Pipeline Management π: Managing a full pipeline is critical for success. We need you to track and move deals forward efficiently, ensuring nothing gets overlooked and everything progresses smoothly toward closure.
- CRM Hygiene: Keeping our CRM updated is essential for accurate forecasting and seamless communication across the team. A well-maintained CRM allows everyone to track progress, share information, and align on next steps.
- Deal Control: You need to take ownership of each deal from start to finish. This includes managing client expectations, setting timelines, and effectively handling negotiations to close deals on the best possible terms for the business.
