What we’re looking for:
As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth within an assigned territory. You will play a key role in creating and executing strategies to generate new business opportunities while working closely with our partner community to foster relationships, extend our reach, and maximize sales potential. This is a hands-on, high-visibility position that offers significant opportunities to shape the future of our sales and partnership efforts.
What you will do:
- Territory Creation & Expansion: Develop and implement strategies for creating and expanding sales territories within your assigned region. Identify new market opportunities, build relationships, and drive product adoption and revenue growth. Develop a robust pipeline of prospects and close deals with a focus on long-term client success.
- Partner Community Engagement: Work closely with the partner community (resellers, strategic alliances, influencers, etc.) to drive joint revenue. Establish and nurture strong partnerships with key channel partners, leveraging these relationships to amplify sales efforts. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, customer success) to develop partner-driven sales initiatives.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Lead and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing. Articulate the value proposition of our products/services to a variety of stakeholders, including C-level executives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product alignment.
- Performance & Reporting: Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs consistently. Provide regular sales forecasts and reports on progress, including key account details, revenue updates, and market insights. Continuously analyze market trends to identify new opportunities and areas for growth.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in a Senior Account Executive role, with at least 5 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within a startup environment.
- Strong experience in territory creation, pipeline generation, and business development.
- Extensive experience working with and leveraging partner ecosystems to drive sales growth.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with C-level executives, partners, and internal teams.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly adapt to changing market conditions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in DSPM, Cloud Security, Cybersecurity.
- Familiarity with SaaS, cloud-based technologies, and partner sales.
- Strong network within your territory.
