Role Overview:

As a Senior Account Executive for the APAC region, you’ll be responsible for acquiring and expanding Everstake’s direct institutional client base — including HNWIs, crypto-native funds, family offices, exchanges, foundations, and fintech platforms operating across Asia-Pacific.

You’ll manage the full sales lifecycle, educate clients on staking strategy, collaborate with internal teams, and serve as a key relationship-builder in one of our most important markets. This is a strategic, high-touch sales role that blends advisory, technical understanding, and cultural sensitivity. You’ll be Everstake’s voice in a region where relationships are key.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify, engage, and close new direct staking clients across priority APAC markets
  • Sales Ownership: Lead the entire sales process — from prospecting and discovery through to close and onboarding
  • Staking Advisory: Guide clients on validator selection, rewards expectations, and blockchain-specific risks and opportunities
  • AUM Growth: Grow staking assets under management through upselling, retention, and long-term client relationship development
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with Everstake’s Product, Legal, and Technical teams to ensure seamless client onboarding
  • Event Participation: Represent Everstake at major APAC events including TOKEN2049 Singapore, Korea Blockchain Week, WebX Japan, IVS Kyoto, and regional Web3 summits
  • Local Insights: Bring localized client needs and feedback into Everstake’s product, marketing, and strategic planning processes

Success in this Role Looks Like:

  • Closing 5–7 new direct clients in your first 12 months across APAC
  • Driving 8 to 9-figure AUM in staking volume through direct relationships
  • Developing long-term client accounts in regulatory-forward jurisdictions (e.g. Singapore, HK, Japan, Korea, Australia)
  • Earning client trust across diverse cultural, legal, and linguistic landscapes
  • Becoming a go-to advisor for staking within your target segment — from funds to family offices and regional exchanges

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in institutional sales, business development, or client advisory in crypto, fintech, or financial services
  • Proven ability to sell complex solutions across multi-cultural, multi-jurisdictional APAC markets
  • Strong understanding of staking mechanics and the ability to explain validator performance, slashing risks, and network rewards
  • Experience working with clients in crypto-regulated regions like Singapore, Japan, Korea, Australia, or Hong Kong
  • Existing network across HNWIs, crypto funds, treasuries, and asset managers in Asia-Pacific is a strong advantage
  • Fluent in English, with additional fluency in Mandarin, is a major plus
  • Willing and able to travel regionally for client meetings, partner events, and ecosystem conferences

We offer a competitive base salary, a performance-based variable bonus tied to direct Assets Under Staking growth and client retention, and equity plan aligned with impact and based on seniority and tenure. As part of a globally distributed team, you’ll also have access to travel budgets for events and partner meetings, with flexible remote work support. This role offers growth opportunities into Regional Sales Lead roles as the team scales.
