We’re hiring a Security Lead to build and run the security function at KAST — spanning governance, engineering, and operations.
You’ll set the standards, design the architecture, and build systems that balance startup velocity with banking-grade security. From cloud hardening to third-party risk assessments, from incident response to compliance readiness — you’ll own it, build it, and grow it.
You’ll work directly with leadership to shape security culture, lead audits, and define the controls that protect both users and the company.
This role is broad by design — combining GRC, SecOps, and technical depth. It’s for someone who thrives on variety, handles pressure, and makes bold decisions with clarity.
