ABOUT THE ROLE

Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our team as a Security Compliance Associate or Senior Security Compliance Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining compliance systems that ensure our security posture aligns with industry best practices and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compliance System Design & Maintenance:
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive systems and processes that ensure continuous adherence to industry standards such as ISO 27001, ISO 27701, SOC 1/2 as well as relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Third-Party Assessments & Due Diligence:
  • Coordinate and manage third-party security assessments, addressing due diligence requests from regulatory bodies and auditors to ensure that all external interactions meet our security standards.
  • Security & Control Assessments:
  • Conduct and oversee internal and external security and control assessments to verify compliance with both our internal policies and external mandates, identifying gaps and recommending improvements.
  • Process Evaluation & Enhancement:
  • Continuously evaluate existing security measures and processes, pinpointing areas for improvement to strengthen our overall security framework.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.
  • At least 3+ years of experience in Risk Assurance, Risk & Control, or Governance & Compliance.
  • Experience with frameworks or regulatory standards such as MAS Technology Risk Management Guidelines, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, ISO 27001/27701, SOC 2, or GDPR is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and a keen eye for detail in project execution.
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment in compliance strategies.
