Responsibilities:

• Lead in-depth research into email phishing attacks, threat trends, and attacker methodologies
• Analyze large-scale data to identify emerging threats and develop actionable insights
• Manage and mentor a cross-functional team of 7 professionals, including 3 data analysts and 4 data annotators, located in Israel and internationally
• Define threat models and guide system responses to improve threat detection and prevention
• Develop structured research methodologies and drive process improvements across the team
• Collaborate closely with product and R&D teams to implement findings and refine the product

• At least 1 year of experience in team leadership or management.
• Proven experience with Data analysis.
• Proven experience with Cyber research.
• Experience with email security is a strong advantage (threats, phishing, attack and protection techniques)
