Administrative Support:
Organizing and coordinating internal meetings, meetups, and negotiations, both in-person and online.
Managing electronic document flow using platforms like Confluence, Notion, Google Workspace.
Handling corporate correspondence and managing executives’ calendars; arranging business trips and travel logistics.
Supporting a positive office environment by ensuring the team has everything needed for comfortable work.
HR Functions:
Managing the full onboarding cycle for new employees: from document processing to conducting welcome sessions.
Maintaining and updating electronic HR databases.
Handling employee hiring, transfers, and terminations in compliance with local labor laws, focusing on process automation and efficiency.
