Title: Spot Product Operations
This Role need to relocate to Abu Dhabi, UAE
Responsibilities
- Spot Product Promotion: Responsible for promoting core spot products (e.g., Launchpool, Launchpad, ByVotes, etc.), efficiently executing promotion plans, continuously tracking performance metrics, and analyzing data to optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Creative Campaign Planning & Innovation: Design engaging and innovative campaigns for New Listings, Post-Listing events, and ecosystem partnerships. Develop diverse token listing mechanisms to increase user engagement and platform activity.
- Asset Operations: Develop systematic asset operation strategies based on project characteristics, market trends, and community feedback. Continuously optimize asset performance and user experience while enhancing the overall operations framework.
Requirements
- Industry Experience: Background in the cryptocurrency industry or a seasoned crypto user with a deep understanding of the ecosystem and user needs.
- Campaign Operations Experience: Skilled in end-to-end campaign management, including planning, execution, and post-event analysis. Capable of independently managing and optimizing campaigns.
- Communication & Creativity: Strong communication skills with creative thinking and execution capabilities. Able to drive cross-functional collaboration and ensure plans are implemented effectively.
- Asset Operations Skills: Deep understanding of asset operation frameworks with proven ability to design systematic strategies and apply mature methodologies.
- Language Proficiency: Proficient in English for effective communication and collaboration with the team.
