Collaborate with team members to conduct code reviews, technical sharing, and team training to promote the improvement of team technical level
Understand business/functional requirements and develop corresponding technical solutions based on these requirements
Solve various technical problems, responsible for system stability construction, carry out system optimization, architecture upgrade, complete capability accumulation and component framework accumulation.
Job requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above in computer science or related majors
With more than 5 years of backend development experience and 2 years or more of Golang development experience, proficient in commonly used Golang frameworks, language features, and data structures, and in-depth understanding of their characteristics and implementation principles
Have a solid foundation in data structures and computer systems, master network architecture, be familiar with common algorithms, data structures, and commonly used Design patterns
Familiar with distributed systems, proficient in mainstream service frameworks and message Middleware, experience in using SQL, Redis, Kafka and other storage Middleware is preferred
Experience in intelligent customer service development, familiarity with intelligent customer service and backend architecture design and related solutions is preferred
Able to independently complete the preparation of design documents, technical documents and interface documents
Has strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and can actively discover and solve problems
Have good learning ability, be serious and responsible for work, and be proactive
Full of enthusiasm and expectations for the blockchain industry, committed to working hard for the development of the industry
