Your Impact

As a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst within the Customer Engineering team, you will help optimize the systems and processes supporting all post-sales technical support and implementation activities for ThousandEyes customers. You will gather reporting requirements and partner with business teams to create meaningful KPIs and visualizations from which you will design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports in Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA). The role may involve working with AI-powered analytics and automation tools such as Salesforce Einstein Analytics and Tableau’s AI features to improve reporting efficiency and insights.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and technical teams to design scalable solutions, improve workflows, and ensure the Salesforce platform provides maximum business value. This individual contributor role offers the opportunity to drive meaningful process improvements and act as a trusted advisor across the organization.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Hands-on experience building dashboards and reports in Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA), Looker, or Tableau.

  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning, Service Cloud, and Communities.

  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into effective CRMA and Tableau dashboards and visualizations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • SAQL (Salesforce Analytics Query Language): Ability to read, interpret, and preferably write SAQL for advanced Salesforce CRM Analytics queries.

  • SQL for querying databases and Tableau or Looker data sources.

  • JSON: Ability to read, interpret, and preferably write JSON for data manipulation and integration tasks.

  • Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or Service Cloud Consultant.

  • Knowledge of chat support tools and platforms such as LiveAgent, Zendesk, or similar.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve issues efficiently.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.

  • Ability to partner effectively at all levels of the organization and operate as a trusted advisor.
