Position Overview

As we scale our operations, we’re looking for a detail-oriented and business-savvy individual with Sales Operations understanding to take full ownership of Salesforce administration, support key Sales Operations tasks and support the Sales Team. This role is central to ensuring that our CRM remains aligned with evolving business needs, while also maintaining related tools, integrations and reporting infrastructure.

You will be the sole administrator of our Salesforce environment and will act as the main point of contact for all CRM-related requests across the organization. You’ll ensure the system supports our sales and marketing workflows, maintain data quality, configure automation and collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve processes. You’ll also manage related systems and integrations, maintain operational reports and help onboard new users.

What you will be doing

Salesforce Administration

  • Configure and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, page layouts and record types
  • Manage user access, roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules
  • Build and maintain workflows, approval processes and automation using Flow Builder
  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards and list views tailored to different user needs
  • Perform regular data clean-up, imports, exports and deduplication
  • Document and evolve naming conventions and org structure
  • Handle sandbox refreshes, change sets and deployment coordination

Tools & Integrations

  • Configure and maintain integrations between Salesforce and third-party platforms
  • Use middleware tools such as Make or Zapier to orchestrate data flows
  • Troubleshoot integration issues and coordinate fixes with relevant teams

Operations & Reporting

  • Maintain Excel and/or Google Sheets-based trackers and reports
  • Support recurring analytics and KPI tracking
  • Help design and implement simple but effective business processes
  • Prioritize incoming requests and resolve issues efficiently

Internal Enablement

  • Train new users on Salesforce and related tools
  • Serve as first point of contact for technical questions and small feature requests
  • Document processes and best practices for internal use

What experience you should have

Experience & Background

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience
  • Salesforce Administrator certification required (Sales Cloud Consultant, Platform App Builder, or other certifications are a plus)
  • Experience supporting Sales Operations in a SaaS environment
  • Familiarity with GTM tools (prospecting, marketing automation, CPQ, etc.)
  • Comfort working independently in a small, fast-moving team

Technical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Flow Builder , Process Builder and Workflow Rules
  • Ability to build and maintain reports and dashboards
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce security model (roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules)
  • Experience managing integrations via middleware platforms (Make , Zapier , etc.)
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
