The Role
You’ll be embedded directly in Cinch’s commercial team, supporting our go-to-market efforts across existing and new markets. This is a high-exposure role working closely with the CCO on partner acquisition, channel strategy, and market expansion initiatives. Expect real ownership — not slide decks for their own sake.
What You’ll Do
- Support outreach and pipeline development for new B2B and B2B2C partnerships across Southeast Asia
- Conduct market and competitive research to inform GTM strategy in existing and new markets (e.g. Philippines entry)
- Assist in structuring and preparing partnership proposals and commercial frameworks
- Track and manage the partnerships pipeline, supporting deal progression and follow-ups
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and operations to align on GTM execution
- Contribute to internal reporting and commercial strategy decks for leadership
What We’re Looking For
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Master’s programme (MIM, MBA, or equivalent)
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to synthesise market data into actionable insight
- Excellent written and verbal communication — you can present ideas clearly to senior stakeholders
- Commercially curious; comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-moving startup environment
- Prior exposure to sales, partnerships, strategy, or consulting is a plus
- Familiarity with Southeast Asian markets is an advantage but not required
