The impact you will have:
You will join our global Revenue team as a Regional Manager, taking ownership of driving revenue growth in the NA while leading and developing a team of high-performing sales professionals with a focus on B2B SaaS enterprise sales. You will play a key role in expanding Elliptic’s presence, selling our SaaS solutions to financial institutions, fintechs, and crypto-native businesses
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle—from prospecting and lead qualification to negotiation, closing, and retention—while supporting your team in achieving outstanding results. You will act as a strategic advisor and coach to your sales team, empowering them to navigate the complexities of B2B enterprise sales in the evolving crypto market and helping them build a deep understanding of value-based selling. You will also guide them in aligning their sales strategies with the enterprise goals and technical infrastructure of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
What you’ll do:
- Spearhead the development and execution of sales strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed targets across new and existing customer accounts.
- Partner with the CRO and executive leadership to align sales strategies with overarching business objectives.
- Drive regional sales performance and foster a high-performance, collaborative culture within a hybrid sales team.
- Coach, mentor, and develop sales talent while providing clear pathways for career advancement.
- Create and implement a go-to-market strategy to identify, engage, and convert high-value prospects.
- Consistently attained personal and team sales targets while collaborating with sales and marketing team members to progress qualified leads through the sales pipeline.
- Build and optimise scalable sales processes, leveraging data-driven insights to track and improve sales performance.
- Work closely with Customer Success and other Post-Sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and maximise customer lifetime value through upsells and expansions.

Our ideal candidate has:
- 3-5 years Building and leading NA revenue team selling Enterprise SaaS solutions
- A Strategic Sales Planning and Execution and coaching by leveraging MEDDIC/Foremanagment methodologies
- Strong outbound prospecting skills, with a track record of generating net new business
- Demonstrated track record of success and overachievement as a region
- A strong work ethic and an entrepreneur’s mindset.
- Strong leadership skills both within Sales and a broader business context
Bonus Points for:
- Intimate understanding of AML/KYC and Forensics space, either in cryptocurrency or traditional financial environments
- Passion for emerging technology, e.g blockchain and Crypto
- Interest and curiosity about digital assets and the crypto economy
