To scale this vision, we need SDRs who are proactive, curious, and fluent in both the language of crypto and the rhythms of great sales development. Your mission: identify and engage the right prospects so our senior sellers can close high-impact deals across both our go-to-market paths — Distro and Direct Sales.

Role Overview:

As a Sales Development Representative at Everstake, you’ll be responsible for supporting both Senior Business Development Managers and Account Executives by qualifying inbound leads and generating new outbound opportunities.

This is a high-impact, early-touch role that helps move the right prospects through our funnel — from wallets and custodians to funds and foundations. You’ll learn directly from senior sellers, get exposure to major client conversations, and be instrumental in helping Everstake grow its institutional and platform footprint globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inbound Qualification: Screen and qualify inbound leads from email, website, Telegram, Twitter/X, and partner events
  • Outbound Prospecting: Identify high-potential leads and run outbound outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, email, Telegram, Nreach, Apollo and conferences
  • Sales Research: Map stakeholder orgs, capture firmographics and AUM metrics, and personalize outreach materials
  • CRM Management: Keep pipelines updated, ensure clean handoffs to AEs and BDMs
  • Sales Enablement: Help coordinate materials, meeting prep, and follow-up for senior revenue team members
  • Ecosystem Presence: Attend digital and in-person events (virtually or live) to spot new opportunities and deepen market awareness
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with AEs, BDMs, Marketing, and Revenue to ensure a smooth pipeline-building engine

Success in this Role Looks Like:

  • Qualifying and booking 15–25 meetings/month for the revenue team
  • Generating 8-9 digits in qualified AUM pipeline per quarter
  • Maintaining a <24h SLA on all inbound lead responses
  • Building a steady cadence of customized outbound messages that convert
  • Growing into a BDM or AE track within 12–18 months based on performance

Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, partnerships, or growth in crypto, fintech, SaaS, or startup environments
  • Proven ability to communicate clearly — both written and spoken — with executives and operators
  • Web3 literacy — you understand wallets, validators, staking basics, and key trends in the ecosystem
  • Familiarity with CRM and prospecting tools
  • Comfortable managing async communication across global time zones
  • Hunger to learn, adapt, and contribute in a fast-moving, decentralized team
  • English fluency required; additional language skills a plus (e.g., Mandarin, Arabic, Spanish)
