This is a full-time on-site role based in Manila for a Sales and Marketing Manager. The successful candidate will strategize and lead sales and marketing efforts, oversee brand development, execute digital and offline marketing campaigns, analyze market trends to identify opportunities, and build strong client and community relationships. Responsibilities also include developing new business opportunities, managing partnerships, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve growth targets.
Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Generation
- Drive sales of AI products and services
- Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure
- Prepare proposals, pricing, and closing documentation
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Earn commission on closed deals and monetized initiatives
AI Generation & Content Execution
- Use AI tools to generate marketing content, ad creatives, sales materials, and social media assets
- Optimize AI-generated content to align with brand voice and performance goals
- Experiment with generative AI to improve speed, scalability, and conversion
Social Media Management & Monetization
- Manage and grow social media accounts across relevant platforms
- Plan and execute content calendars and campaigns
- Identify and implement social media monetization strategies (paid campaigns, partnerships, lead funnels, affiliate or product sales)
- Track engagement, audience growth, and monetization performance
Marketing & Lead Generation
- Plan and execute lead-generation and demand-generation campaigns
- Manage paid advertising across used platforms
- Align messaging across organic, paid, and sales channels
- Support product launches and promotional campaigns
Research & Development (AI, Social Media, Tech Tools)
- Research and test new AI tools, social platforms, and marketing technologies
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, automation, and performance
- Stay up to date with AI, social media, and digital marketing trends
Data, Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze sales, campaign, and social performance data
- Produce weekly performance updates and monthly reports
- Interpret data to drive optimization and decision-making
General Responsibilities
- Act as a marketing and sales generalist, supporting cross-functional initiatives as needed
- Collaborate with leadership, product, and creative teams to execute growth initiatives
- Perform administrative, operational, or project-based support when necessary
- Other tasks may be assigned as needed
- At least 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or growth roles
- Experience using AI generation tools for content or marketing
- Strong background in social media management and monetization
- Experience with performance marketing, analytics, and reporting
- Comfortable with targets, commissions, and revenue ownership
- Analytical, adaptable, and hands-on generalist mindset
- Experience in AI, SaaS, blockchain, or emerging technology is a plus
- Agency or startup experience preferred
- Base salary + commission on sales and monetized initiatives
- Performance-based incentives tied to revenue and growth metrics
