Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of risk control products (e.g., OTC risk control, market risk monitoring, trading products monitoring), from requirements analysis and solution design to post-launch operations
• Write and maintain clear and comprehensive Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and product prototypes
• Provide product risk reviews for new product listings and perform ongoing monitoring of market news related to listed products on a daily basis
• Support the development and maintenance of internal risk dashboards and analytical tools
• Assist in designing and improving end-to-end transaction workflows to enhance process integrity and risk oversight, supporting different products and business models
• Define and plan data requirements, and prepare test cases and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for the risk management system
• Lead API integration with various business lines (Spot, Futures, OTC, etc.) within the exchange.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure risk mitigation measures are effectively integrated into daily operations

Job Requirements:

• University degree in Risk Management, Finance, Mathematics, Quantitative or a related discipline
• Sound knowledge of the SFO, SEC Guidelines and other relevant codes and regulations
• 2 – 5 years of relevant experience in risk management, preferably within financial services sector
• Interest in blockchain and digital asset industry
• Good communication skills with the ability to multi-task and work effectively under pressure
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin preferred
• Proficiency in written and spoken English; Mandarin preferred due to cross-border team collaboration.
