Retail Business Development Manager (Las Vegas, USA)

Job Description and Responsibilities- Identify and cultivate retail partnership opportunities for our products through outreach to find, attract, and close new business relationships in both local and big box retailers across the country.- Drive deal and partnership initiatives – determine the best approach, identify risks and proactively mitigate, then take the lead on the execution.- Increase customer acquisition and retention, consumer engagement, and cross-channel optimization by working closely with other internal divisions including product management, design, marketing, and sales.- Create, track, and report key sales and market share metrics to internal stakeholders to measure past performance and inform future targets utilizing KPIs and OKRs.Qualifications and skills- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or related field.- Experience with gift card sales channels and/or strategic retail partnerships is a major plus.- Strategic thinking and creative problem solving in order to execute plans and tasks at a high level.- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fluid environment and pivot as needed to keep moving plans forward.- All Ballet Global employees must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
