Job Description and Responsibilities- Identify and cultivate retail partnership opportunities for our products through outreach to find, attract, and close new business relationships in both local and big box retailers across the country.- Drive deal and partnership initiatives – determine the best approach, identify risks and proactively mitigate, then take the lead on the execution.- Increase customer acquisition and retention, consumer engagement, and cross-channel optimization by working closely with other internal divisions including product management, design, marketing, and sales.- Create, track, and report key sales and market share metrics to internal stakeholders to measure past performance and inform future targets utilizing KPIs and OKRs.
