You’ll become part of Cisco’s high-performing Customer Experience (CX) Renewals organization, partnering closely with Renewal Managers, Account Teams, Customer Success Managers, Software Specialists, and our global Partner ecosystem. Together, you’ll focus on strengthening long-term customer relationships while driving retention and sustainable growth across your assigned territory.
Your Impact
As a Networking Renewals Specialist, you will be a key driver of timely, accurate, and successful renewals across Cisco’s Networking and Cloud & AI Infrastructure (CAI) software portfolio. This includes solutions such as Catalyst, SD-WAN, Meraki, ACI, Intersight, and Nexus Dashboard. You’ll own the end-to-end renewal process – from proactive customer engagement and solution alignment to quoting, negotiation, and deal closure—while collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, Partners, and Operations to improve value, reduce risk, and protect recurring revenue.
