What You Will Do:

We are looking for a responsible, highly-motivated Renewal Specialist who can work well with an internal team of sales account executives and customer success managers to ensure the satisfaction of our existing customer base and secure their ongoing subscriptions and upsells.

The role will demand interaction with SMB and Enterprise account contacts at senior levels, as well as partners and distributors, working with IT/ Security leaders and procurement teams.

You will play a hands-on role with the customer success organization in this highly visible position, including leading the renewals and upsells on different accounts. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating, tracking and leading a pipeline of opportunities, ensuring each stage of the renewal and upsell process is meticulously managed and optimized for success. Furthermore, you will be required to work and negotiate across different cultures and countries, leveraging your strong cross-cultural communication skills to foster positive relationships and secure renewals and upsells with a diverse range of clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Driving the qualification, quoting, and Salesforce processes with customers and reseller partners to bring renewals and upsells to a close.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and updating opportunities by exhibiting high levels of Salesforce hygiene.
  • Meet or exceed customer renewal revenue quota.
  • Coordinating multiple resources within an account.
  • Establishing business relationships at the decision maker level and/or below and the procurement team.
  • Proactively identify customer red flags, work with the Customer Success team to address them
  • Research customer organizational structure and track information and customer contacts within Salesforce.com
  • Monitor and track customers’ support activity when approaching renewal
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of IRONSCALES’ competitive positioning in the marketplace
  • Develop customer quotes in Salesforce and maintain a high standard of documentation of customer and partner interactions
  • Manage and execute on customer requests to increase license counts and/or upgrade their licensing subscription tier Work closely with the Customer Success team to identify expansion opportunities and lead them.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years successful account management, sales/business development or renewal sales experience.
  • Experience using Salesforce.com/ similar tools effectively.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and web conferencing tools
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Extremely organized, detail and process oriented, curious, can-do attitude to learn and grow in the role, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Experience selling to and/or managing relationships with IT/Security departments, IT/Security management and Legal- Advantage.
  • Experience working with through the channel to close deals with different resellers and distributors- Advantage.
  • Languages: Fluent Hebrew and high-level English
