What you’ll be responsible for

Circle is seeking a Regional Marketing Director, APAC, based in Singapore, to directly support the priorities and initiatives of the Managing Director for the region. This role will serve as a strategic marketing partner to regional leadership, responsible for translating business objectives into clear, executable marketing programs that drive growth, market presence, and customer engagement across APAC.

The ideal candidate is a senior, hands-on marketer with strong regional expertise and the ability to operate at both a strategic and executional level. This individual will work cross-functionally with global marketing, business development, communications, and operations teams to plan and deliver high-impact marketing initiatives tailored to APAC markets. Success in this role requires strong judgment, operational rigor, and the ability to manage complex stakeholders while moving quickly in a dynamic, regulated environment.

What you’ll work on

  • Serve as the primary marketing partner to the APAC Managing Director, translating regional business priorities into clear, executable marketing plans.

  • Lead the planning and execution of regional marketing initiatives that support growth, pipeline development, and market expansion across priority APAC geographies.

  • Develop and localize GTM strategies, messaging, and programs in alignment with global marketing frameworks and regional market dynamics.

  • Partner closely with Business Development and Revenue teams to ensure marketing efforts directly support regional pipeline, customer acquisition, and expansion goals.

  • Coordinate cross-functionally with global teams including product marketing, communications, content, creative, and marketing operations to deliver cohesive regional execution.

  • Own regional marketing calendars, ensuring alignment across campaigns, events, partnerships, and executive priorities.

  • Support partner marketing in activating partner and ecosystem marketing initiatives in APAC, including co-marketing programs, joint events, and regional announcements.

  • Ensure regional marketing programs comply with local regulatory, legal, and brand requirements, in partnership with legal and compliance teams.

  • Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance against regional business objectives, using data to inform optimization and prioritization.

  • Manage regional marketing budgets, forecasts, and spend in close collaboration with finance and global marketing leadership.

  • Continuously assess market conditions, competitive activity, and regional trends to refine strategy and inform leadership decision-making.

What you’ll bring to Circle

Core Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong track record of owning regional or multi-market marketing initiatives in APAC.

  • Experience operating as a senior regional marketing lead or business partner, supporting executive stakeholders and translating business priorities into marketing execution.

  • Proven ability to plan and execute integrated marketing programs across multiple channels, including campaigns, events, partnerships, and communications.

  • Strong understanding of APAC market dynamics, including differences in buyer behavior, regulatory environments, and GTM approaches across key countries.

  • Experience partnering closely with Sales, Business Development, and Revenue teams to support pipeline growth and customer acquisition goals.

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a highly cross-functional, global organization with distributed teams.

  • Strong program management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously.

  • Data-driven mindset with experience defining KPIs, measuring impact, and using insights to optimize marketing performance.

  • Experience managing marketing budgets, forecasting spend, and working closely with finance teams.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and align diverse stakeholders.

Preferred Requirements

  • Familiarity with crypto, blockchain, or emerging digital asset regulatory environments.

  • Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with evolving global requirements.
