What you’ll do

• Lead localized promotion campaigns for Crypto Card and Earn products in Japan.
• Design and execute integrated marketing plans (digital campaigns, offline activations, referral programs) to drive adoption.
• Educate users about crypto payments, stablecoin yields, and DeFi-based financial products, making them simple and approachable.
• Connect with Japanese Web3 communities, KOLs, and fintech influencers to promote PayFi adoption.
• Build localized narratives for Japanese users around financial freedom, security, and usability.
• Report local insights and campaign outcomes to global/regional teams.

What you’ll need

• Proven ability to design and execute user growth campaigns.
• Familiar with Japan’s payment and financial product marketing landscape.
• Japanese with strong English communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial, execution-driven, and passionate about bridging Web2 finance with Web3 adoption.
