We are currently looking for an accomplished Recruiter to enhance our team. This role will focus on engaging, evaluating, recruiting and retaining top-tier talent for our Go-To-Market team demanding a seasoned understanding of the tech sector and the capability to pinpoint and engage outstanding candidates.
Please note, this is a contract-to-hire opportunity with the option to convert to full-time after 3–6 months.
Talent Acquisition Responsibilities:
Formulate and implement strategies to identify and secure premier technical talent
Source, screen, and conduct interviews for both technical and non-technical roles
Oversee the complete recruitment process from posting positions to negotiating job offers
Develop and nurture a pool of qualified candidates for ongoing and future recruitment needs
Partner with hiring managers to grasp their recruitment requirements and advise on the hiring process
Leverage various recruitment tools and platforms to source and attract potential candidates
Guarantee a positive experience for all candidates throughout the hiring process
Provide consistent updates to hiring managers and recruitment leaders regarding the status of active roles and talent pipelines
Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles
Proven background in Recruiting and HR management, employee engagement, performance management, and benefits administration
Solid understanding of employment laws and practices
Ability to operate effectively both independently and in a remote setting
Proficient with Recruiting and HR-related software and tools
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Proficient in using applicant tracking systems, with a preference for experience with Greenhouse
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English
Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
Capacity to work under pressure in a dynamic environment and adjust to shifting priorities
Experience in recruiting for remote positions would be advantageous
