About the Role:

Crusoe is seeking a strategic and self-directed Real Estate & Workplace Project Manager to lead, scale and evolve our global office footprint. As we continue to scale through 2025–26 and beyond, this role will be responsible for driving real estate strategy, guiding expansion decisions, and implementing scalable workplace systems that position Crusoe for long-term growth.

This individual will serve as a key advisor and execution partner to senior leadership, overseeing the full lifecycle of global real estate and workplace projects—from portfolio planning to activation. Success in this role requires the ability to think big-picture while executing with precision, balancing operational needs with strategic foresight.

This is a full-time position based in our San Francisco office, with up to 50% travel required.

What You’ll Be Working On:

  • Partner with Dir of Workplace to define Crusoe’s real estate strategy, including market analysis, expansion planning, site selection, and long-term space forecasting.

  • Lead workplace real estate projects globally, owning every phase from early planning, budgeting, and vendor selection through to design, construction, and day-one readiness.

  • Own real estate and workplace budgets, building detailed financial models, evaluating trade-offs, and building business cases that support executive decision-making.

  • Partner with internal teams (e.g. IT, Finance, Legal, People) and external vendors (e.g. brokers, architects, GC) ensuring alignment and accountability.

  • Identify and implement systems, policies, and tools to streamline workplace operations—such as visitor management, internal ticketing, and vendor workflows—ensuring global consistency.

  • Proactively lead strategic initiatives that improve how we work across geographies—ranging from M&A integration to sustainability programs and evolving oru global workplace standards

  • Establish KPIs and dashboards to measure project performance, space utilization, and workplace effectiveness—translating insights into actionable improvements.

  • Lead global headcount and space planning, ensuring our Crusoe footprint scales effectively and sustainably with evolving team structures and work patterns

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

  • 6–8+ years of progressive experience in real estate strategy, workplace operations, or project management within high-growth or global organizations.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder projects and influence senior decision-makers.

  • Experience owning capital budgets and space planning processes at scale, with strong financial fluency.

  • Strategic mindset with operational discipline—you anticipate future needs and build for scale.

  • Clear and confident communicator; able to drive clarity across technical, operational, and executive audiences.

  • Familiarity with tools and systems that support workplace operations and space optimization.

  • Bachelor’s degree in real estate, architecture, facilities, construction management, or related field preferred.

Compensation Range

Compensation will be paid in the range of up to $129,000 – $156,000 + Bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicants knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
