Key Responsibilities:

• Product Development Ownership:
• Lead the design, development, and delivery of features and enhancements for the product.
• Ensure technical solutions align with product goals and customer needs.
• Technical leadership
• Guide the team in best practices for software development, testing, and deployment.
• Team Management and Development
• Mentor and support team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
• Conduct performance reviews and support individual growth plans.
• Collaboration with Stakeholders
• Work closely with Product Managers to translate business and customer requirements into technical specifications.
• Ensure cross-functional alignment between engineering, design, and other teams.
• Continuous Improvement and Innovation
• Evaluate and integrate new technologies to improve the product.
• Optimize workflows and processes to enhance team productivity and product quality.

• Experience in managing a team and leading projects hands-on from start to finish
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality products in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience managing sprints and backlogs.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor, guide, and inspire technical teams to achieve goals.
• Team player, strong communication skills, empathetic, and someone who thrives working in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for staying updated on emerging technologies and integrating them into product development.
