B.Sc. (Industrial or other Engineering)
2+ years of experience in project management, preferably in tech or engineering environments
Strong organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to work effectively across departments
Ability to translate between technical teams and business stakeholders
Proficiency with project tracking and collaboration tools (Jira, Notion)
Fluent in English (written and verbal)
Comfortable in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
Nice-to-have:
Experience in matrix organizations or cross-functional team coordination
Knowledge of R&D workflows and product development processes
