About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organized individual to serve as the Queue Manager within our Operations team. This central role manages the continuous movement and prioritization of project work in a fast-moving, high-volume environment. You will be the crucial link in the production pipeline, ensuring every stage including data labeling and quality checking (QA) is executed efficiently and accurately from start to finish.

What you’ll do

  • Directing Daily Workflow and Prioritization:
    • Plan, monitor, and direct the daily operational process for various projects, strategically prioritizing tasks for critical stages like data labeling and quality assurance (QA).
    • Proactively determine resource needs and provide early warnings about potential delays before they can negatively impact the delivery schedule.
  • Ensuring Delivery Timelines and Quality:
    • Diligently uphold project deadlines and maintain high standards of output quality against our agreed-upon metrics and internal goals.
    • Implement timely interventions and process adjustments to ensure consistent delivery excellence and maintain high quality across all work streams.
  • Facilitating Expert Team Success:
    • Oversee and deploy daily tasks and work assignments to our specialized expert teams.
    • Serve as the primary resource for operational queries and guidance, ensuring team members have the necessary support and clear direction to complete their tasks successfully.
  • Process Improvement and Performance Reporting:
    • Identify and champion opportunities for process optimization to enhance efficiency and our capacity to handle more volume.
    • Generate and interpret performance reports covering work status, completion rates, cycle time, and quality to inform stakeholders and drive continuous operational improvement.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in a role focused on organizing and directing operational work, such as queue management or project coordination, preferably in a technology, data, or content field.
  • A proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and maintain sharp focus on delivery targets, even during peak periods.
  • Strong analytical skills for examining data and using objective numbers to inform operational decisions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of successfully guiding and supporting remote or specialized teams.
  • Familiarity with workflow management software and operational tools.
  • This position demands a high degree of adaptability and requires versatility in working hours to effectively manage global workflows and meet stringent project deadlines.
