We are seeking an experienced Quantitative Developer to join our team. You will be responsible for the development and maintenance of our Python-based quantitative trading systems, working closely with the strategy team to implement and optimize various trading solutions, including cross-platform arbitrage and market-making systems. This role requires a strong technical background and hands-on experience in developing and maintaining high-performance trading systems.

Job Responsibilities:

On a day-to-day basis, you will:

• Develop and maintain Python-based quantitative trading systems.
• Collaborate with the strategy team to implement trading system solutions, including cross-platform arbitrage trading systems and market-making trading systems.
• Monitor the operation of trading systems, identify technical issues, and troubleshoot problems in a timely manner.
• Integrate with trading platforms (e.g., Binance, Uniswap) and market data providers to ensure smooth connectivity and data flow.
• Develop internal tools for data analysis and statistics.
• Build and maintain market data monitoring and account monitoring systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from a well-known university, with a major in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in the development and optimization of quantitative trading systems.
• Strong programming skills, with proficiency in Python and Node.js.
• Experience with crypto trading systems, market-making systems, or crypto arbitrage systems is a plus.
• Familiarity with performance optimization in trading systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
