Tally is hiring a remote Quality Assurance Lead in the Americas time zones. As a QA Lead, you will help the dev team do high-stakes launches without bugs and help ship new releases quickly and safely. We are a small team with a big goal: help launch and operate institutional grade protocol and tokens. Tally’s tech powers tokens for protocols like Uniswap, Arbitrum, Eigenlayer, ENS, Obol, Wormhole, ZKsync and many others.

What you’ll be doing:
- Manually and automatically testing Tally’s app and smart contracts ahead of big launches
- Designing and building automated testing frameworks using modern tools and AI-powered testing solutions to improve coverage and efficiency
- Triaging and filing bug tickets, ensuring clear acceptance criteria and testability of user stories and features
- Providing technical support to clients experiencing production issues, including debugging complex web3 integration problems
- Establishing and maintaining testing environments that accurately simulate production blockchain conditions
What we’re looking for:
- 3-5 years of QA experience
- Familiarity with web3, blockchain, or cryptocurrency applications
- Strong experience with automated testing frameworks and API testing tools
- Proficiency with AI-powered testing tools and emerging QA technologies
- Experience with agile development methods and ticket management systems like Linear or Jira
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills with ability to work directly with clients on technical issues
Nice to have:
- Understanding of web3 concepts including wallets, transactions, gas fees, and common governance protocols
- Hands-on experience testing dApps, smart contracts, wallet integrations, and blockchain-based applications
- Know how to use a block explorer
