The Spirit team is part of the social domain stream in the mobile direction. The team is developing social components: ideas, chats, news, minds. QA will test tasks/Manage QA at both platforms: in the iOS project and in Android.

We are looking for an experienced QA Lead to join our team and take functional leadership of our mobile QA efforts. In this role, you will lead a team of 3 QA engineers across iOS and Android platforms, ensuring the quality and reliability of our native mobile applications. This is a hands-on position, and you will also be actively involved in testing the mobile apps alongside your team.

Your mission: Make an impact 🎯

• Provide functional leadership to mobile QA engineers, fostering collaboration, growth, and technical excellence
• Coordinate and manage QA efforts across iOS and Android teams
• Test mobile applications, ensuring high quality of new features and releases
• Develop and maintain test strategies, test plans, and oversee their execution
• Collaborate closely with mobile developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define quality goals
• Ensure thorough manual and (where applicable) automated testing
• Drive improvements in QA processes, tooling, and reporting
• Participate in incident reviews and root cause analysis to prevent regressions
• Continuously maintain and improve the quality of testing processes within the mobile QA teams

What makes you the perfect fit 🤝

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a QA Lead or in a similar leadership role
• Proven experience testing native mobile applications (iOS and/or Android)
• Strong understanding of mobile testing methodologies, tools, and best practices
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to mentor and guide QA engineers, promoting a culture of quality and accountability
• (Preferred) Hands-on experience with mobile test automation frameworks (e.g., XCUITest, Espresso, Appium, etc.)

It’ll also be an advantage if:

• Experience writing automated tests in native languages (Kotlin for Android or Swift for iOS)
• You have experience or knowledge of finance and trading.
