Morph is evolving into the settlement layer for a global payments network, reimagining how value flows onchain. We are creating the foundational infrastructure that turns stablecoins into everyday currency, seamless and borderless. We aim to enable onchain payments that are fast, frictionless, and secure, bridging the gap between crypto’s potential and real-world utility for billions.
We are looking for a Project Manager – Tokenomics & DeFi to lead cross-functional execution for token and DeFi initiatives at Morph. This role will own planning, coordination, and delivery across multiple teams and partner organizations, ensuring strategic initiatives are clearly defined and executed end to end.
This is a highly cross-functional role that works closely with Product, Engineering, Ecosystem, Marketing, Operations, as well as external partners.
What You’ll Do:
Project Ownership
- Serve as the primary project lead for all token-related initiatives at Morph.
- Drive execution across: Tokenomics, including emissions, governance mechanisms, burns, and incentive programs.
- Exchange and wallet listings, managing coordination, timelines, and dependencies.
- Public data and visibility, including CoinMarketCap, CoinGecko, documentation, and disclosures.
- Ensure token initiatives are clearly scoped, sequenced, and delivered on schedule.
- Identify risks, blockers, and trade-offs; escalate and resolve issues in a timely manner.
DeFi Strategy & Execution
- Develop and maintain a clear DeFi strategy for Morph DEX products and other DeFi partner protocols.
- Own and communicate the DeFi roadmap.
- Track and report on outcomes and performance metrics, including TVL, usage, liquidity health, and partner traction.
Cross-Functional & Partner Coordination
- Act as a central point of coordination across different teams.
- Ensure ownership, timelines, and dependencies are clearly defined and visible.
- Coordinate regularly with internal parnters and external partners to maintain alignment and execution.
- Drive meetings, decision-making, and follow-ups to keep initiatives moving forward.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Fluent or high-proficiency bilingual in English and Mandarin.
- Strong project management capability across technical and non-technical teams.
- Proven ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with multiple parallel workstreams.
- Crypto-native mindset with hands-on exposure to: Token launches, Tokenomics or governance, DeFi ecosystems or protocols
