- This role involves close collaboration with the CIO, CTO, and other senior leadership, ensuring timely delivery, process improvement, and clear communication across all levels of the organization.
- Lead execution of complex, cross-functional projects in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
- Manage end-to-end delivery: scoping, planning, coordination, execution, and closure.
- Work closely with R&D, Product, and other business units to align timelines and deliverables.
- Focus on delivering business value on time and removing roadblocks.
- Leverage AI tools and practices where relevant to enhance project efficiency.
- Ensure clear communication with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- This is a hands-on role, focused purely on project delivery – not on strategic planning or portfolio oversight.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership – Lead large-scale projects, programs, and portfolios that span organizational boundaries, collaborating closely with the CIO, CTO, and key technical stakeholders.
- Project Execution – Develop and manage execution plans focusing on the regular, timely delivery of business value.
- Cross-functional Collaboration – Collaborate with senior leadership (CIO, CTO, etc.) and other stakeholders to align project objectives and outcomes.
- Process Implementation – Define, implement, and track key processes that ensure project objectives are met, emphasizing continuous improvement.
- Risk Management – Identify project risks, including production stability, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery and continuous service availability.
- Communication – Provide clear, concise, and transparent updates on project status to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment at all levels, from technical teams to executives.
- Conflict Resolution – Address and resolve conflicts arising during the project lifecycle, ensuring minimal deviations from project timelines.
- Methodology Development – Contribute to the ongoing development and refinement of project management methodologies, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Management – Manage relationships with internal teams (Development, Security, IT, Architecture, etc.) and external partners, coordinating across multiple integration points.
