B.Sc. (Industrial or other Engineering)
2+ years of experience in project management, client services, or account management – preferably in fintech, DeFi or other tech co.
Familiarity / ability and willingness to learn the DeFi ecosystem, blockchain basics, and common platforms/protocols.
Excellent communication and coordination skills, with a strong client-focused mindset.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
Proficiency with project tracking and collaboration tools
Fluent in English (written and verbal); additional languages a plus
