Job Summary:
As the company launches Coinstore 2.0, we are seeking a proactive and highly organized Special Projects Coordinator to bridge strategy and execution across business, marketing, product, and finance teams. This role plays a critical part in ensuring high-priority initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and with high impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate cross-departmental efforts for new bundled solutions proposed by the Marketing team, ensuring alignment with Business KPIs and Finance cost structures.
- Track and facilitate progress between the business team and project owners for effective delivery.
- Collaborate with the business team to engage high-potential clients and co-develop custom
strategic solutions.
- Drive the IEO 2.0 pipeline, ensuring a strong grasp of project delivery timelines, service quality, and post-launch support.
- Support the rollout and coordination of white-label product solutions.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or any related field.
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in project coordination, business operations, or strategic partnerships.
- Required Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills; Excellent communication skills for internal and external stakeholder alignment; Able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with exchange operations, IEOs, or Web3 product delivery is a plus.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in both English and Chinese.
