About the Project Coordinator Role

This is a unique opportunity for a highly organized and ambitious individual to work directly alongside the CEO of Lolli. As a Project Coordinator, you will be the central nervous system of our product and growth initiatives, ensuring that our fast-paced, remote teams are aligned and executing with precision. This is not a typical project management role; you will be the CEO’s operational right-hand, with a front-row seat to building a leading company in the web3 space. The ideal candidate is a master of organization, a crystal-clear communicator, and thrives on bringing order to chaos.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for tracking the status of all key company projects and initiatives.

• Maintain and meticulously update our project management tools (e.g., Linear, Discord, Coda) to ensure a single source of truth for the entire team.

• Prepare and deliver concise status reports and progress summaries directly to the CEO.

• Coordinate between engineering, marketing, and operations teams to ensure timelines are understood and dependencies are managed.

• Schedule critical meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure all follow-up action items are documented and assigned.

• Proactively identify and help remove administrative and operational blockers that could impede team velocity.

Requirements

• Exceptional, near-flawless organizational and time-management skills. You are a master of lists, timelines, and follow-through.

• World-class written and verbal communication skills in English. Your ability to convey complex information simply and clearly is paramount.

• Demonstrably high learning velocity. You can master new concepts, domains, and software tools with remarkable speed.

• A proactive, “no task is too small” ownership mindset.

• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-ambiguity environment where priorities can shift.

• Absolute discretion and professionalism, given your direct access to executive-level information and strategy.

• Bonus: A genuine interest in the cryptocurrency and web3 space.

• Bonus: Prior experience with tools like Linear, Jira, or Asana.
