The Project Accountant plays a key role in delivering innovative finance and business projects to the business. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, takes initiative to develop their skills, and wants to be part of shaping the financial backbone of an innovative, global payments ecosystem. As part of the finance team, you will ensure financial integrity, compliance and efficient delivery of finance and entity wide systems while partnering closely with Finance, IT, Product, and project stakeholders.

• Deliver system implementations with the Finance Manager –Projects for key finance systems.
• Collaborate across the business to deliver system implementations for external products and internal improvements and deliverables.
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring alignment with business cases and approvals.
• Provide financial input on change requests, scope variations, and project re-baselining.
• Build strong partnerships across Finance, IT, Procurement, and project teams to drive cohesive financial planning.

• Strong knowledge of cost allocation, and relevant accounting standards.
• Advanced Excel and financial reporting/dashboard skills (e.g., Power BI).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to investigate and resolve issues.
• Confident communicating with finance team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Collaborative team player who thrives in fast-paced environments.
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
• Curiosity about crypto, blockchain, and emerging financial technologies, you don’t need to be an expert, just eager to learn.
• A mindset that values integrity, accuracy and continuous improvement in everything you do.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline; CPA/CA preferred
• Extensive project accounting experience, ideally in large-scale ERP implementations (NetSuite highly regarded).
• Experience in fin tech or crypto are highly regarded.
