Ready to be pushed beyond what you think you’re capable of?

At Coinbase, our mission is to increase economic freedom in the world. It’s a massive, ambitious opportunity that demands the best of us, every day, as we build the emerging onchain platform — and with it, the future global financial system.

To achieve our mission, we’re seeking a very specific candidate. We want someone who is passionate about our mission and who believes in the power of crypto and blockchain technology to update the financial system. We want someone who is eager to leave their mark on the world, who relishes the pressure and privilege of working with high caliber colleagues, and who actively seeks feedback to keep leveling up. We want someone who will run towards, not away from, solving the company’s hardest problems.

Our work culture is intense and isn’t for everyone. But if you want to build the future alongside others who excel in their disciplines and expect the same from you, there’s no better place to be.

While many roles at Coinbase are remote-first, we are not remote-only. In-person participation is required throughout the year. Team and company-wide offsites are held multiple times annually to foster collaboration, connection, and alignment. Attendance is expected and fully supported.

The Corporate Programs team sits within the Strategy, Execution & Analytics (SEA) function at Coinbase. We leverage program management skills to supercharge execution on the most critical priorities for the business.

We’re looking for an experienced Program Manager to drive the Product Launch Calendar (PLC), Coinbase’s most critical initiative to mitigate & minimize risk for all our product & service launches. This high-visibility role requires excellent stakeholder management and meticulous execution as you collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and various core cross-functional teams.

What you’ll be doing (ie. job duties):

  • End-to-end process management of the Product Launch Calendar (PLC) and own quarterly/annual continuous improvement roadmap
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with Product Management, Engineering, and other key cross-functional teams; investigate process breaches and escalate non-compliance.
  • Generate high-impact executive reports and insights on product launch performance for presentation to senior leadership
  • Act as the subject matter expert for PLC policy and procedure, providing strategic guidance to teams navigating complex launch approvals
  • Partner with Atlassian IT Engineers to define requirements, implement tooling enhancements, and manage change
  • Develop and maintain robust program documentation, including training materials, FAQs, and Confluence wikis, for internal use and regulatory examinations
  • Manage additional high-impact programs and initiatives that align with Corporate Programs team objectives.

What we look for in you (ie. job requirements):

  • 3+ years in program management leading complex cross-functional programs and driving change management
  • MUST have worked at a tech company with direct collaboration with product & engineering teams.
  • Basic understanding of the PDLC and SDLC
  • Knowledge using Atlassian suite (particularly Jira & Confluence)
  • Highly organized with an impeccable attention to detail
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, can turn incomplete or even conflicting inputs into clear plans
  • Experience identifying & implementing scalable solutions to systemic challenges
  • Clear communicator (both written & verbal) who can facilitate dialogues with senior stakeholders and drive toward outcomes

Nice to haves:

  • Knowledge of writing JQL and navigating EasyBI and/or, SuperSet
  • Experience working on similar launch governance or NPI programs
  • Experience working at a fintech company and dealing with financial regulators
  • Exposure to AI initiatives and prompt engineering
