Domain Product Owner (crypto wallet- RD Pay)

Responsibilities:

Requirements Analysis and Definition:

Engage with clients and internal teams to gather and analyze market needs and customer demands specific to cryptocurrency wallets. Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to ensure alignment with market trends and user expectations in the crypto space.

Product Design and Development:

Design innovative features for the crypto wallet to address user needs and capitalize on market opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including development, design, and compliance—to drive the product from concept to launch. Write and review high-quality Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), ensuring clear, precise, and comprehensive functional requirements. Coordinate testing efforts to ensure full test case coverage and prompt resolution of issues, facilitating a smooth product launch.

Project Management:

Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality crypto wallet features. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and resolve issues proactively. Maintain ongoing communication and alignment with leadership, users, and stakeholders, ensuring seamless delivery from product conception through to launch.

Market Promotion and Support:

Work closely with marketing teams to devise promotional strategies that ensure successful market entry for the crypto wallet. Train sales and technical support teams, providing them with the necessary technical materials and support to effectively address customer inquiries.

Continuous Improvement:

Continuously optimize the crypto wallet based on user feedback and data analysis to enhance user experience and satisfaction. Stay informed about industry trends and technological advancements, exploring new features and improvements to keep the product competitive in the evolving crypto landscape.

Requirements:

• At least 8 years of experience as a Product Manager, with experience in cross-border payment products and the cryptocurrency industry being highly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively interacting with various stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with Agile development processes and other modern software development methodologies.
• Technical background sufficient to understand complex system architectures and solutions.
• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin for effective communication.
• Able to be based in Shenzhen or Hong Kong.
