Product Operations Manager

In this role, you’ll:

As a Product Operations Manager at Chainalysis, you will be the connective tissue across product, engineering, design, go-to-market teams, and leadership—ensuring the product organization operates efficiently, scales effectively, and delivers with excellence. You’ll help improve execution, streamline processes, and empower product managers with the tools, data, and coordination they need to succeed. You will also own many critical elements of our day-to-day operations including managing through changes to pricing and packaging, leading key components of the product launch cycle and supporting commercialization launches.

We are looking for candidates who have/are:

• 3–6 years of experience in SaaS product operations, product management, operations consulting or program management

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced SaaS or tech environment

• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Databricks and AI-powered tools

• Ability to drive clarity in ambiguity and demonstrate resilience in a dynamic environment

• Curious, lifelong learners motivated by opportunity to try new things, challenge themselves to apply their experience to make things better for the company and team

Nice to have experience:

• Experience scaling product operations in a high-growth startup

• Background in agile or lean product development methodologies

• Knowledge of PLG (Product-Led Growth) strategies and metrics

• Familiarity with establishing and measuring KPIs and success metrics

• Interest in and general knowledge of blockchain and cryptocurrency including key players and market landscape dynamics

Compensation Range: $110K – $140K
