Kaiko’s products are available worldwide on all networks and infrastructures: public APIs, private & on-premises networks; private & hybrid cloud set-ups; blockchain native (Kaiko on-chain delivery).

About The Role
The Sales Development Representative will report to the Head of Business Development at Kaiko. You will have the following targets:
Missions & Responsibilities
● Contribute to the Product life cycle with all steps:-
Product Research: detail business and technical research to design new products or incremental upgrades on existing ones, leveraging user research, fundamental quantitative research,
Product Design: provide detailed and documented data product design and how the product will be delivered to users.
Product Delivery and Launch:
support the delivery through added documentation when required, arbitration, testing, external documentation, support marketing launch through dedicated case studies, build go to market with sales, ensure Product Operations readiness to cater for new increments / products,
Product Improvements: collect feedback from sales, from Product Operations towards continuous improvements,
Product Innovation: work closely with the Managing Director towards the definition of the roadmap which includes strategic product development to position Kaiko ahead of client demand.
● Collaborate laterally with all stakeholders in and out of Kaiko towards a successful design, delivery and launch of product increments
● Build the relevant POCs and iterate on those by yourself through your own implementation of the underlying financial maths applied algos
● Support Sales and marketing in the procurement and onboarding of new clients (materials, case studies)
● Contribute to any relevant committees.
About You:
– A fantastic individual who is genuinely curious, reliable, and trustworthy.
– Bachelors’ degree in finance, economics or related area preferred
– High energy, comfortable on the phone and ability to manage objections
– Clear written and verbal communication skills; questioning skills required
– Creative problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose issues and develop solutions
– Diligence, attention to detail, multi-tasking and prioritization are keys to success in this role
– Strong sense of urgency and ability to meet short deadlines
– Ability to work both independently and within a team environment, with focus and high attention to detail
– Drive to exceed goals and motivated by achieving measurable results
– Positive, energetic, and relentless attitude for success
