🌔 About the Opportunity
MoonPay is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join the Product Marketing team.
This is a high-impact, cross-functional role where you’ll be at the heart of how we define, develop, go to market and maintain products that power the world’s top web3 apps and platforms.
You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Design, Growth, Social, and Enterprise teams to bring our product suite to life — from white-labeled crypto experiences to robust on-ramping and payout infrastructure.
MoonPay is at an inflection point, expanding beyond our traditional offerings and reaching new markets and partners. You’ll play a critical role in shaping how we position our platform, crafting narratives that resonate with the industry, driving product development alignment, and leading go-to-market strategies that move the needle. Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, you’ll help scale both product development and our GTM engine.

🚀 What you will do
* Shape the direction of existing and new products using market trends, product data, and customer insights.
* Define target audiences and craft messaging and positioning that resonates with wallets, web3 platforms, and enterprise buyers
* Lead and execute go-to-market strategies for new B2B products, features, and enhancements — from launch through post-launch optimization
* Collaborate with Product, Sales, Partner Growth, and data to deeply understand customer needs and translate them into clear, differentiated value propositions
* Build and maintain enablement materials for go-to-market teams — including pitch decks, one-pagers, battle cards, and product briefs.
* Define and track success metrics for product marketing campaigns, launches, and messaging strategies.
* Conduct competitive and market research to inform differentiation, positioning, and roadmap decisions.
* Serve as a key storyteller for our B2B platform — articulating how MoonPay helps businesses unlock the crypto economy.
* Embrace our Kaizen mindset: continuously improve the end-to-end journey across your product space to drive discoverability, usage, and engagement.
💻 What you’ll be working on
* MoonPay’s full-stack crypto infrastructure — including on-ramps, off-ramps, crypto payouts, embedded experiences, and hosted checkout.
* Owning and improving the full product experience — including positioning, messaging, experimentation, and optimization.
* Collaborating closely with Sales, Partner Growth, and Product to craft messaging that resonates with enterprise and developer audiences.
* Using data and customer insights to inform GTM strategies, product direction, and content creation.
* Working as part of a high-performing PMM team that’s defining what product marketing looks like in the next era of crypto.
* Supporting go-to-market for both new launches and core enhancements across the MoonPay B2B ecosystem.
🧑🚀 About You
* 7+ years of experience in B2B product marketing, ideally in crypto wallets, fintech, SaaS, payments, or crypto infrastructure.
* Proven success leading go-to-market launches and developing compelling product narratives.
* Strong strategic thinker with the ability to distill complex concepts into simple, impactful messaging.
* Highly collaborative — able to work across Product, Sales, and Technical teams, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
* A natural storyteller who tailors messaging by persona, channel, and funnel stage.
* Proactive, curious, and execution-focused — you take ownership and make things happen.
Bonus: Experience marketing APIs or platform products to developers or enterprise buyers.
