Kratos Studios, since 2022, is driving the transition of micro-gaming communities to Web3 through the P.O.G. Engine & The Kratos Gaming Network (KGeN). The P.O.G. Engine enables seamless global interactions for gamers and developers via the multi-chain gaming data network – KGEN.

Overview:

Kratos Gamer Network is seeking a dynamic & driven Product Marketing Manager to join our growing team. This individual will play a crucial role in the development and execution of marketing strategies that will enhance the visibility and appeal of our gaming products. As a Product Marketing Manager, you will bring your expertise in product positioning, GTM strategy, & cross-functional collaboration to help deliver exceptional marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Positioning & Messaging: Develop and refine product messaging & positioning that communicates the value & benefits of KGeN products to various customer segments.

Collaborate with product management to ensure alignment on features, benefits, and key differentiators.

Go-to-Market Strategy: Assist in developing and executing GTM strategies for new product launches, updates, or releases. Ensure seamless collaboration between product, sales, & marketing teams to drive product adoption and awareness.

Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research & competitive analysis to identify industry trends, consumer behavior & competitor strategies. Leverage insights to recommend adjustments to marketing plans and product positioning.

Campaign Development & Execution: Work closely with the marketing team to design & execute product-specific campaigns across digital, social & offline channels.

Customer Insights & Feedback: Gather customer feedback through surveys, user groups, and social media to inform future product iterations.

Provide actionable insights to product teams to guide development and enhancements.

Requirements:

Experience:

Min. 2 years experince in product marketing or related roles in the gaming or tech industry.

Experience working with cross-functional teams including product management & creative teams.

Skills & Knowledge:

Strong understanding of the gaming industry, products, and customer needs.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical information into customer-centric messaging.

Proficient in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics.

Ability to think strategically and analytically, with strong problem-solving skills.

Experience in creating and executing go-to-market strategies for products.

Education:

A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in gaming or tech marketing, particularly within a product-focused environment.

Knowledge of digital marketing trends and platforms.

Familiarity with CRM and project management tools.
