TestMachine is increasing trust and adoption of digital assets by revolutionizing web3 security. We’re working on automating the smart contract audit and bringing a novel and scalable approach to real-time contract security. We spend most of our time diving into the details of web3 virtual machines, interfacing between blockchain data and AI systems, talking with customers, and shipping code!

We’re a small, dedicated team, with experience at Microsoft, BitSight, and General Dynamics, working hard on securing the web3 ecosystem. We’re backed by the best in the business – New Form, Decasonic, Blockchange, UDHC, Delphi, and more. We’re looking for driven people who want to make a big impact without much oversight.

Responsibilities

1. Lead product discovery and market research to identify user needs, security trends, and opportunities within the AI and blockchain testing space.
2. Define and execute product strategy aligned with TestMachine’s mission to secure the world’s most critical Web3 systems.
3. Translate complex user and technical requirements into clear product specs and roadmaps.
4. Collaborate with engineering and design to build intuitive, high-impact features that make security testing seamless and scalable.
5. Prioritize and drive product improvements across UX, functionality, and performance using data, customer feedback, and experimentation.
6. Partner with Sales and Customer Success to drive adoption and retention of TestMachine’s core product, Predator™.
7. Communicate product updates, roadmap decisions, and key metrics to internal stakeholders and executive leadership.
8. Champion a data-informed culture by analyzing KPIs and customer usage to guide decision-making.

What We Are Looking For

1. 6+ years’ experience in product management.
2. At least 2 years of experience working with blockchain or crypto products, with a strong technical background and hands-on understanding of decentralized systems.
3. Strong understanding of AI and blockchain systems, and familiarity with testing, DevSecOps, or smart contract development workflows.
4. Proven success working with technical teams and translating complex systems into scalable, usable products.
5. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in a B2B context.
6. Experience managing product lifecycles in fast-moving, agile environments.
7. Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, Productboard, and Figma is a plus.
