About the Role

We’re looking for a strategic and execution-oriented Product Manager to lead the development of our next-generation USD account for global businesses. This product enables companies around the world to save, earn, and move dollars without borders, banks, or bureaucracy—through a seamless experience that integrates stablecoins, traditional finance, and global payment rails.

As Product Manager, you’ll take ownership of a new offering that’s redefining how businesses interact with money. From Solana-based rails to stablecoin liquidity and global off-ramp integrations, you’ll lead everything from product strategy and technical specifications to user feedback loops and go-to-market readiness.

You’ll work closely with engineering, design, compliance, and growth teams to ship a robust, compliant, and elegant experience for business users across the globe. What you will be doing

• Own the full product lifecycle—from discovery and user research to delivery and iteration
• Define and prioritize features, workflows, and integrations for the USD account experience
• Translate user and business needs into clear product specs and technical requirements
• Collaborate with engineering on architecture decisions, edge cases, and Solana on-chain integrations
• Partner with design to craft intuitive experiences that meet the needs of modern businesses
• Coordinate across compliance, finance, and operations to ensure seamless execution and risk management
• Monitor key product metrics and iterate based on feedback and performance
• Stay informed on stablecoin and global payment trends, regulatory shifts, and user expectations
• Drive cross-functional alignment and contribute to go-to-market strategy and partner enablement

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, with a track record of launching successful fintech or infrastructure products
• Strong understanding of Solana, stablecoin mechanics, and blockchain-based financial flows
• Experience collaborating with engineers on complex backend and Web3 integrations
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• User-obsessed mindset with a sharp eye for simplifying complex workflows
• Ability to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguity-rich environments with minimal direction

Nice to have

• Background in fintech, banking-as-a-service, or payments
• Familiarity with global KYC/AML frameworks and cross-border regulatory considerations
• Experience working with institutional or SMB financial users
• Passion for crypto adoption through practical, compliant use cases
