The Role

Squads is seeking a strategic, execution-driven Product Manager to lead the development of Altitude, our next-generation USD account designed for modern global businesses. Altitude enables companies to store, earn, and move dollars globally—without banks, borders, or friction—by combining stablecoin rails, fiat connectivity, and programmable treasury infrastructure into a single seamless experience.

In this role, you’ll own the end-to-end product lifecycle of a category-defining financial tool—from zero to one. You’ll define the roadmap, translate real-world financial workflows into intuitive features, and work cross-functionally across engineering, design, compliance, and go-to-market teams to deliver a secure, scalable, and elegant experience.

You should bring a deep understanding of B2B financial flow—and the ability to reimagine them through a modern fintech stack. You know what businesses need to operate globally, and you’re not afraid to take calculated risks to build products that set new standards

What you will be doing

• Own the full product lifecycle—from discovery and user research to delivery and iteration
• Define and prioritize features, workflows, and integrations for the USD account experience
• Translate user and business needs into clear product specs and technical requirements
• Collaborate with engineering on architecture decisions, edge cases, and Solana on-chain integrations
• Partner with design to craft intuitive experiences that meet the needs of modern businesses
• Ensure the product is compliant, secure, and scalable for global businesses
• Monitor key product metrics and iterate based on feedback and performance
• Stay informed on stablecoin and global payment trends, regulatory shifts, and user expectations
• Drive cross-functional alignment and contribute to go-to-market strategy and partner enablement

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, with a track record of launching successful fintech or infrastructure products
• Background in fintech, banking-as-a-service, or payments, Trade
• Strong understanding of Solana, stablecoin mechanics, and blockchain-based financial flows
• Experience collaborating with engineers on complex backend and Web3 integrations
• User-obsessed mindset with a sharp eye for simplifying complex workflows
• Ability to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguity-rich environments with minimal direction

• Experience building and scaling 0-to-1 products in high-ambiguity environments
• Strong grasps on the needs of business users and a strong grasp of financial operations
• Worked on a solution for Business Accounting, Invoicing, Payroll
• Corporate Banking, Business Banking or Corporate Treasury

• Familiarity with global KYC/AML frameworks and cross-border regulatory considerations
